On March 13, 2021, a protest action of workers of the legal community in Kazakhstan was supposed to take place, but it was postponed because, logically, the city is in the "red" zone for the incidence of COVID-19.

Let's understand a little more in detail, we rely on the words of the organizer of the rally Vladislav Nadtochii:

- The main flurry of dissatisfaction of legal consultants was caused by disagreement with the creation of the Republican board of legal consultants on the terms of mandatory (!) membership, disagreement with the establishment of a minimum membership fee to the republican board in the amount of 1 MCI (per month) per consultant, disagreement with the transfer of information to the trust management of the RCUC and the Republican Bar Association, illegal interference of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the affairs of self-regulatory organizations, which are chambers of legal consultants. All this, according to the organizers of the action, is a violation of the antimonopoly legislation. An important addition can be noted that under all these conditions, it turns out that admission to professional activity for a lawyer, lawyer and notary can only be paid.

The reason was sorted out, now to the "interesting" facts:

- The application for the promotion was legally issued and confirmed, registered on March 13.

- The action did not take place due to the entry of Almaty into the " red " zone.

- Participants learned about the cancellation through the media without receiving an official notification. The notification was promised to be provided, but, on March 12, and the resolution of the chief state sanitary doctor was published on the 6th.

- The organizers of the action are dissatisfied with the "unfair" amendments to the law regulating the profession, and the policy pursued by the Minister of Justice Marat Beketayev.

- On March 13, there was an impromptu protest action consisting of about 20 people who clearly expressed their dissatisfaction.

- The registration for the rally was initially about 200 people, thanks to the wide publicity of this situation, the organizers plan to increase the number of participants to 1000.

- All participants of the action are determined and express their readiness to participate in rallies until they are listened to.
