Foreign tourists will be able to stay in Kazakhstan for up to one year, while remaining employed in their foreign companies

In Kazakhstan, on the instructions of the head of state, a new type of visa for modern nomads of Neo Nomad has been introduced. The press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports on this.

This type of visa is intended for so-called modern nomads - foreign tourists, combining work and rest, traveling and working remotely. The new visa regime takes into account international experience of more than 50 countries, and to obtain a Neo Nomad visa, a foreign citizen must demonstrate stable income of at least $ 3,000 outside Kazakhstan.

Also, in addition to basic income requirements, foreign applicants will need to have medical insurance and certificate of unavailability. Visa is aimed at tourists working remotely in various fields, from programming, marketing and finance to consulting, design and e-commerce.
