Our client, the head of the company, turned to us on a personal matter, the spouse filed a lawsuit for divorce and division of property. 15 years of marriage and 4 children did not stop the faithful from divorce. The spouse asked for half of the property, including half of the share in the companies where our client was the founder. This divorce process lasted more than 1 (one) year.
