By Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2024 No. 55, there were made changes to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 279 “On approval of the Rules and Conditions for issuing or extending permits for employers to hire foreign labor, as well as carrying out intra-corporate transfers” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Annexes 6, 8, 9 and 11 to these Rules: information on local content in personnel, information on special conditions accepted for obtaining or renewing permits, information on local content in personnel when attracting foreign labor as part of an intra-corporate transfer, information on the fulfillment of special conditions and attracted foreign labor were set out in a new edition in accordance with Annexes 1, 2, 3 and 4 to this Order (attached).

The Order comes into force upon the expiration of 10 (ten) calendar days after the day of its first official publication (from March 17, 2024).
