Entry to Russia on direct scheduled flights from Kazakhstan is allowed only for:

- citizens of the Russian Federation;

- citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- persons who have a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

All passengers arriving in Russia (foreign citizens) must provide a PCR certificate with a negative result, received no more than 72 hours before departure and fill out a questionnaire on the portal of state services of the Russian Federation. Passengers arriving from Russia will have to pass a PCR test within 48 hours of arrival or undergo a 14-day home quarantine.
